Your booking is guaranteed by the hotel when your pre-payment is received to Rannaniidu OÜ account. Pre-payment is non-refundable and you must pay it in total. If you are not able to use the booking regarding serious matters on time, you can use it during our season (until 30.08.2025) when agreed with the hotel.
